You may not be suffering from mental health issues yourself, however, there is someone in your life who has mental health concerns who is affecting your life. You don't have to get help from me, but please, get help from somewhere. Life is too short to experience misery and stress.

I am a Chapin Alumni from 1988 and have lived in White Rock, SC for most of my adult life. I graduated with an Associates in Art from Midlands Technical College in 1995. In 1998 I received my Bachelors Degree in Psychology from The University of South Carolina. In 2009 I was awarded my Masters Degree from USC in Social Work and was licensed as an LMSW.

In 2013 I was awarded the title of Clinical Addictions Counselor (CAC)
and in 2016 I was licensed as an independent clinical practitioner. 2016
also blessed me with a Master's in Addictions Counseling License. I
have been practicing for about 8 years with high levels of success. I am
also intensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

I have an extensive background in substance abuse, mental health, self-esteem, behavior modification, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma, and divorce or dissolution of relationships. It is this personal life experience combined with excellent training that creates in me an effective therapist for you.
